How do I rent a Victorian house for a wedding in the dough?

I'm trying to have a non-traditional wedding. No banquet. No seat maps. Just a really nice old house with candles dimly lit room with tables and Hors d'œuvre's and Champagne. I know it's a stretch, but I'm trying to find a way to rent a Victorian house (in Massachusetts) for the wedding. I do not know where to start. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
